Christmas is only 6 weeks away, which means there’s only 10 weeks to go until CRC Bay of Islands Sailing Week 2019! Will you be joining us for three awesome days of sailing and partying in the Bay? If you haven’t already, better enter now!

If you haven’t already heard… where have you been?! The much-loved Bay Week Beach Party is BACK, thanks to the good folks at Explore and Otehei Bay. Ferry spaces are limited, so book your heavily discounted ferry tickets now to make sure you can make it to the party!

Room for one more?

Last year we put the call out for crew spots for Bay of Islands Youth Sailors – and we had a fantastic response. Wetherley made room for two young crew, who were so confident by the end of the regatta they sailed the boat themselves, while owners Tony and Nina put their feet up!

Want to know who your competition will be at CRC Bay of Islands Sailing Week 2019? Check out the Entry List to see who’s in and which division they’re racing in. And if you don’t see someone who should be there, send them this article and ask them why they haven’t signed up for the sailing event of the season!

Quick Reminders:

  • Late entry surcharge of $75 will apply after 31 December, so do us all a favour and enter now!
  • Book a Berth– BOI Marina fills up quick, so book early. No water taxi this year, so booing a berth is advisable. Contact the Marina Office on 09 402 7124.
  • Kawau Rally– if you’re coming from Auckland or further south, why not join the new Kawau Rally on the way home? Simply tick the box to register your interest when you enter BOISW.
