2025 Annual General Meeting Notice

The AGM of Bay of Islands Sailing Week Inc. will be held on Monday, 9th June, at 6.00 pm at Opua Cruising Club.

With our AGM coming up soon, we’re looking for enthusiastic people to get involved — whether that means becoming a member of the Bay of Islands Sailing Week Society or stepping up to help organise the event.

Membership is free and open to anyone interested in the regatta. Whether you’re local or based elsewhere, you’re welcome to join — monthly meetings can be attended via Zoom, so distance is no barrier.

We’re also seeking nominations for key committee roles:

Chair
Treasurer
Secretary
Club reps from each of the four Bay of Islands sailing clubs

We’d love to hear from people in our local and Auckland sailing community or further afield, and from anyone who wants to contribute — no matter how much or how little time you can spare.

Whether you want to bring fresh ideas, learn more about what we do, or simply give back, we’d love to see you at the AGM. Come along, get involved, and help shape the future of the regatta!
