I understand that yacht racing has inherent risks and dangers that are beyond control of the Organising Authority. I declare that my yacht will be sailed in her usual trim, or I will notify the Organising Authority to the contrary prior to the race. I understand that neither the Organising Authority nor its officers, members and servants or other person assisting with the conduct of the event accept any responsibility in respect of injury or loss to person or property that may be sustained by reason of participation in the event or howsoever arising in connection with the event.
