With summer fast approaching we know you’ve got a long list to get sorted.  So make sure you add your entry for BOISW (Tuesday 23 to Friday 26 January, 2024) to the top of that list!  The Notice of Race is published and entries are now open for NZ’s best big boat regatta so click here to enter now!

How to enter for BOISW 2024

Entering is a breeze!  Online entry is via TopYacht, which means you can pay online as you enter, and if you’ve used TopYacht in the past, your details should all be pre-filled for you. Easy as!

How to enter via TopYacht:

  1. Follow the link to the entry page
  2. Select the Series you wish to enter (if you’re not sure, check the Notice of Race Section 5 for details or check out the Q&A Section for answers to some frequently asked questions.)
  3. If you’re already on the TopYacht register, select this option to pre-load your details. If not, select the last option “add a boat”  to set up your boat in TopYacht first.

Late Entry Fee

We know a lot of you will be busy with Coastal Classic prep, but don’t forget to get your entry in for BOISW 2024 before 31 December 2023.  You can still enter after that date but our late entry fee is $100 after 31 December.  So it pays to enter early!

And it helps our volunteer organisers with their planning and organisation knowing entry numbers for each division early.

And it’s always easier for you and your crews to find accommodation when you plan ahead nice and early.

Remember to Book your Berth!

When you’re booking a berth at Bay of Islands Marina – Opua, remember to let them know that you’re coming for Bay of Islands Sailing Week.

The marina team try very hard to make sure there’s room for everyone coming for the regatta, but they don’t always know until much closer to the time which berths will be available, so they’ll add you to their list and assign berths as they come up.
