ISLAND TRANSFERS
Please only board the departure point and time on your ticket
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. If you need to change your departure point please contact us on 0800 397 567 as soon as possible
Please note – we will do our best to accommodate you but last minute changes may not be possible

OPUA: Boarding is from F Pier (by the boat ramp)
PAIHIA: Boarding is from Paihia Wharf (left hand side)
RUSSELL: Boarding is from Russell Wharf (far end)

Please note the transfer vessels below – those booked on Ocean Adventure (bottom right) have been contacted separately with more details.

TICKETS
No Ticket – No Boarding

Please ensure you have either a printed copy of your booking confirmation

OR display the booking confirmation bar code clearly on your phone for scanning.

GROUP BOOKINGS

All passengers travelling on the same booking confirmation MUST board together.
If you have booked multiple people under one booking, ensure all passengers board together. If your whole party is not present, you will have to wait until they are to board.

FOOD MENU

There will be a limited menu available for purchase from Otehei Bay Cafe.
This will include burgers, hot chips and salad.
This will include vegetarian and gluten free options

RETURN TRANSFERS

Return ferries from Otehei Bay will operate subject to demand.
We estimate the following times for departures from Otehei Bay
8.30pm | 9.30pm | 10.30pm | 11.15pm

VALID ID

No ID – No Alcohol
If you are lucky enough to look under 25 please bring valid ID with you in order to purchase alcohol.
Acceptable forms of ID include:
HANZ Card / Kiwi Access Card | NZ Driving Licence | Passport

NO BYO

Due to liquor licencing laws no BYO alcohol is permitted.
This applies to the Explore Ferry and Otehei Bay. Only food or drinks purchased on board the vessel or at the restaurant is allowed on site. This will be strictly enforced.
