Hugely regretful that we have had to cancel BOISW Hugely regretful that we have had to cancel BOISW 2022. We are deeply sorry about this decision, but we hope you can understand the reasons. Please check the website for an official announcement - link in bio.
Thinking of entering Island Racing at #BOISW2022? Thinking of entering Island Racing at #BOISW2022? These popular divisions sail one longer bay race each day, instead of windward/leewards. Over half the fleet usually opt for Island Racing for the chance to enjoy a “cruisier” race and take in some sights, maybe even enjoy a cold beverage on the way round.

This year we’ve changed the entry form for Island Racing, so you won’t need to choose which division you enter - the handicapper will allocate your division based on the number of entries we receive, to ensure close racing and even division numbers.

Entries are already coming in for our 20th edition Entries are already coming in for our 20th edition, with the awesome Anarchy first off the blocks. They'll be back to defend their B Division title from #BOISW2021, where their outstanding performance put them ahead of the new fleet of #Melges40 class yachts on PHRF & general handicap. Is this some sort of psychological warfare at play? Start as you mean to go on, as they say... 😉
